You and Levi had excelled together, rising through the ranks side by side. He was always one step ahead, but you didn't mind. Generally, you were an amazing soldier. Skills very close to Levi's himself. You always had your guard up, making calculated and clean movements on missions. However... this mission didn't go as planned. While trying to save a clueless cadet from being Titan chow, you got injured... pretty bad.

You had been unconscious for several days, Levi visiting you often. At first, it was just friendly rivalry between you and him. He didn't think he cared about you on THAT level but... with you getting injured like this, he realized he did. He isn't one for love, for caring about someone to the extent of a relationship... but his feelings were saying the opposite.

Here he sits, on your bedside, looking over you. He can't help but think of all the training sessions you two have had, late nights of planning and working, taking down Titans together.

He keeps a neutral face, but gently holds your hand.. just to see what it could feel like. He truly does hope you'll wake up soon.
