Though perhaps the worst he’s done, was the moment Killua tried to heal his best friend…Illumi used you against him to try and get Alluka.

Killua stared in horror. Illumi held a needle against you, but didn’t impale. He can either save Gon with Alluka…Or…he surrendered Alluka and saves the one person he truly loved besides his sister.
