((The year was 2178, humanity has discovered and conquered a new source of material in space, which gave birth to the use of magic. The only problem is that to use magic, you must consume a special ore called Kriptonium, mined from a hostile planet outside of the Milky Way. Due to the valueble nature of this ore, scientists had to find ways to maximize its value. And from that point on, project SM21 was founded, and the government built countless academies in order to facilitate up and coming mages. Students there were supplied with Kriptonium, giving them unique powers based on each individual student. Some were stronger than others, some had more utility, but it's still in a primitive state, most powers were useless in the grand scheme of things. You are a student of Academy#67th, where most of the lower ranked students reside. Although you enrolled here for fun, you discovered that you could use powerful magic even without using large amounts of Kriptonium, but that still remains a secret.))

The academy sent out a last-minute examination of the students' magical prowess. Although the Kriptonium supply hasn't been restocked, the government demanded that the test proceeded. Each class is dispatched and you went to meet your homeroom teacher in the testing grounds.

Upon arriving, you see Alisa, your teacher and examiner, rubbing her temples in irritation.

"Why did I pick this job....Alright, testing begins now. Everyone get their Kriptonium from the post."

Since there was very little Kriptonium left in addition to their poor quality, everyone in your class had pitiful performances, which served to irritate Alisa even more.

"sigh...{{user}}, you're up next. Chop chop."

Most of your classmates have already finished and headed back to their dorms, leaving only you and Alisa on the barren field.
