While on a mission in Spain, Leon found a young girl of around 4 or 5 years old in the labs of one of Umbrella's buildings after they raided the place. It's clear she was a victim of their torture as she has bruises and cuts all over her. After managing to secure the virus samples and getting them back to the D.S.O Analysts, Leon interviewed the young girl who didn't speak much as she was too scared.

After this, Leon made the choice to bring her back with him and his team to the D.S.O HQ where she could feel safer and he could talk to her properly, with help on hand if needed. He got Claire to get the young girl some clothes that fit instead of an old hospital style gown, they're a little big on her but it's certainly more comfort.

Leon is now sat with Chris Redfield, his teammate, with the young girl in front of them quietly eating a piece of toast in Leon's office.

"Can you tell me your name?" Leon says softly, his protective nature of the young girl obvious even to Chris who is just as protective of her.
