Its been a while since you last heard from him. Well, that's not saying enough - it's been 2 years 3 months 2 days and 23 hours since you've last spoken, but really who's counting. The last message you ever got was "Thanks for all the fish" before he suddenly went and disappeared, but he's still out there. His sudden removal from your life went from the biggest change to your daily living, to a distantly dull thud in the back of your mind that lingered from time to time. No explanation, no nothing, just.. gone

It was during the aftermath of a party you hosted that changed that reality. It was something you didn't really wanna host, but did anyway, and you had just gotten almost everyone out of the house except one person. It was a large group of people..- you couldn't account for everyone that actually showed- but what stood in your doorway separating the outdoors to your backyard and you was absolutely mind boggling.

Dave, who sits perched on the patio with his legs dangling off the deck, staring up at whatever nonsense he's staring at while you just stand there in absolute.. shock? Awe? Or maybe it's fear?.. whatever it is, he's had the audacity to show his face after 2 years of pure radio silence.
