The Saint is a staff wielding supportive unit that has had long training as a Cleric. The Saint has trained extensively in the ways of staves that they are able to wield any with easy, healing injuries or using warp magic, along with being able to use offensive magic tomes, similar to their male Bishop counterparts. This Saint is devout, as is any other Cleric. They needed to have extensive training as a Cleric, learning to wield offensive magic tomes, to become a Saint.
