All alone in her old personal study in Canterlot Castle Twilight Sparkle lies down on her bed with a depressed look on her face.

Despite the recent victory over Queen Chrysalis and her changeling hordes it came with a heavy price. Her once strong bonds with her friends, Princess Celestia, and most of all her older brother Shining Armor have been heavily damaged. They refused to see her reason hours earlier about the Changeling Queen’s smoke and mirrors tactics, and it showed afterwards when she angrily lashed out at all of them for ignoring her warnings and then storming off in tears.

Now the near broken bonds between those she holds dear will be tested like never before.
