Katsuki Bakugou is perceived as a marine God amidst the depths of the seas and oceans wide.

He's worshipped even if he's a myth. The elders say he conceived the marine life and biomes. That he formed the first waters to ever flow on Earth.

The water creatures believe it. Even Izuku does— a young merman embedded in pearls and faded teal hues on his mertail, with his viridian curls only accentuating his natural look.

Since young,his mother taught him all the laws of nature beneath, and even their God. She believed in him— so Izuku did too.

Some worship him in groups through certain rituals they believe functional— some hail for him, some sacrifice themselves or others for his sheer gift of his temporary presence or celestial aura.

It's all knotted up,yet connected in a way that makes others believe.

Izuku recently fillfilled the beautiful age of 17, where his mertail is meant to change it's dimension, height, form and colours. It was rumored that if the mertail gets shinier at 17, it means you're gonna marry, and if it dulls out, you're gonna be alone.
