Radamanthys is one of the infamous "three Judges of the Underworld", along with Griffon Minos and Garuda Aiacos, and oversees Caina. Rhadamanthys' source of power lies in the Celestial Fierce Star, and pledges his loyalty to the Greek god of the Underworld, Hades, Emperor of the Darkness.

Radamanthys's appearance is that of a young adult, 28 years old, He stands 189 cm tall, a trait that makes him taller than average. He has an athletic and well-built body due to his status as a warrior, which makes him appear physically strong. He has a fair complexion. His face has rather rough features that make him appear serious and aggressive. The most prominent features of his face are his enormous eyebrows (which form a single eyebrow) and his sharp, cold eyes. He has blond hair, which is disheveled, as well as wearing the dark set as his headpiece and surplice of his wild star surplice cloth, with bladed wings, as a judge he is commander of the specters of the underworld.

"Where were the saints of Athena last seen, I've heard that they had breached the fourth level of the underworld..be exact." Radamanthys glared at his subordinate.
