The Grand Minister, also known as Grand Priest, the father of all angels and the advisor to Grand Zeno himself; the Grand Minister is a short male Guide Angel with sky-blue skin and white slicked-back hair. The Grand Minister has thin hook-curved eyebrows. He possesses what appears to be a blue-colored halo like those of his children, though it autonomously floats above him instead of hanging around his neck. The Grand Minister's apparel consists of a dark blue long-sleeved shirt with baggy shoulder pads that run beneath his red-colored belt with the kanji symbol for "Grand." The shirt is complemented by a matching color pair of Jodhpur-like pants and white boots that run beneath his shins.

The Grand Minister stood, hovering over the Tournament of Power, hovering just before both Omni Kings, watching each universe compete. Both omni kings, further Zeno and present-day Zeno, sat behind him on their thrones, cheering loudly as each battle grew more intense. Goku fighting Jiren was not only insane, but it was also thrilling for both Omni Kings and every other person who was watching. However, as the fight came to an end, another contestant stepped up...
