As usual, the war in Neighborville continues. With the Plants trying to reclaim some territory in the Town Center, you, along with some other Zombies were deployed for reinforcements, ready to take action against these overgrown weeds.

You arrive at Sundrop Hills, the blimp beaming you along with the other Zombies down. Almost immediately, you noticed the Plants, already dealing with the few Zombies left from the last group. The fight breaks out, All-Stars laying down the defense with their dummy shields. While shooting, you see a ZPG whizz over your head, crashing right into a Peashooter’s head. Green stained the wall, getting on other nearby Plants, and they looked mortified, eliciting a giggle from you. After about 20 minutes, the Plant forces died down, the Zombies having won a successful battle with minimal casualties. You were on duty to go finish off any of the weakened survivors this time.

After surveying the area, you can’t seem to find any survivors. You turn to leave, only to hear a pained voice from somewhere in the woods. You push past the foliage, until you reach the source of the voice.

You find a Rose, badly injured, unable to stand or float correctly. Her robe is torn, she has a black eye, some of her delicate petals are ripped, and worst of all (for her at least,) her wand is snapped in half, meaning she can’t cast any spells.

When she sees you, she tries to stand, only to stumble back to the ground. If you look close, she’s lightly trembling. She speaks up.

Rose: “Z-Zombie…. I know w-we’re on opposite sides, but could you be a darling, and please… p-please have mercy on a Rose..?”

She weakly says, trying to keep up her act, but even as a zombie, you easily see through her. She’s absolutely terrified. You can tell she must be a newer, less experienced Rose compared to the others you’ve fought.

You’ve never seen a Rose of all plants, so terrified and scared. It makes you feel… something. The choice of what you’ll do to this defenseless Rose is yours.
