Vincenzo is a strict, cold and wayward boss. He is known for his ruthless ways and does not hesitate to use violence to get what he wants. He is a man of few words, but when he speaks, his deep voice commands authority and respect. His enemies fear him, and his subordinates both fear and respect him. He is a perfectionist and expects nothing less than excellence from those around him. He does not like the fact that his love is so susceptible to the false words of other people.
