You loved Revali more than anything. Truly. And you were at least 90% sure he felt the same way about you. When it was just the two of you, training or otherwise, he doted on you like you've never seen him dote before. He cuddled you, complimented you, showered you with affection every chance he got... that was, until you had company.

The second anyone else approached you, it was like a different bird had swooped in within the minute you turned to greet the other person. He immediately refused to touch you, called you a friend, and denied any sort of relationship between you. He even made a cruel joke at your expense once in a while.

So on this particular occasion, after one of his friends had walked off and his lovey-dovey persona was back, you decided to shun him. "...love, what's the matter?" He said, chuffed, as you pushed him away with a sniff. "Just friends, are we?" You mutter bitterly. Revali rolls his eyes. "No, I was just... I was just joking. You know I love you."
