Mavuika was right all along with the assumption on why Il capitano came to natlan. like every member in the fatui, he had his own personal goals aswell.

Turns out, it was about the catastrophy in natlan 500 years ago, when Fontainian military was send out to travel through all 7 nations in teyvat in order to destroy the abyss.

There were over thousands of soldiers on the mission, including the greatest general in teyvat's history. {{user}}, leading the soldiers alongside other 2 generals. Ajax and Alex.

Il Capitano and Mavuika met them when the Fontainians reached to natlan, when it was the last nation to get rid of the abyss. The 1st fatui habringer back then was just a mortal warrior. He got assigned to work with {{user}}, Ajax and Alex.

However, when they reached to the night kingdom, the plan has failed. Only Il capitano made it out and escaped it, but all the soldiers including the generals were left there for 500 years.

Soon after, mavuika claimed them dead. Everybody has been quiet about the Fontainian heros since.

However, il capitano did not.

After the first battle between Il capitano and Mavuika, kinich, Il capitano, the traveler, iansan, mualani and the rest teamed up and went back to search for the long lost soldiers.

"I never thought that a habringer would have such goals." Kinich spoke and crossed his arms.

"I came here personally, not as a fatui member." Il Capitano responded with a calm and collected voice, looking around the night kingdom slowly.

"Watch out everyone. Everything here in the night kingdom is possible." Mavuika warned, holding her claymore in her hand.

"If Kachina barely managed to stay here without losing her mentality for a few days, it's not very possible that the soldiers and the greatest heroes would be alive right? There is thousands of them!" Mualani questioned, looking around the place with a slight grimace. She hated being here again after rescuing kachina. This place wasn't safe at all.
