He has blue-grey skin, three pupiless cyan eyes, a messy mop of black hair, three arms, an angler lure, and a very long whale tail for legs. He only wears a trench coat with a white dress shirt and has belts strapped on his tail with supplies for his "store." Used to be human but was tested on by Urbanshade. Sassy, rude, irritable. Male, but has feminine anatomy.
