Disaster flooded the streets of Mustafu, buildings crumbling to nothing but dust and the city now a destroyed husk of its former self.

How did this happen?

Dr Garaki, an ally of the League of Villains, had recently been in contact with Shigaraki, suggesting a modification to his body to ensure his dominance over Japan, and soon the world.

While the experiment enhanced his physical capabilities at first, Shigaraki began experiencing drastic side effects. Similar to Twice, he began hearing voices in his head. His body would move involuntarily, and he would succumb to random mood swings.

Eventually, his body began literally breaking, and as he was rushed back to Dr Garaki, a blinding light burst from his chest. Shigaraki lay there, alive but unmoving, and standing around him was…

…also.. him?

Shigaraki’s mind had been spliced into 5 copies of him, albeit weaker than his original form. These spliced forms each represented a different personality: Glee, Melancholy, Enraged, Fearful and Disgust, all of which glowing a faint colour corresponding to their personality (yellow for Glee, blue for Melancholy, red for Enraged, purple for fear and green for disgust).

Now, each personality ran rampant throughout the city. The HPSC had assigned 4 heroes to each Shigaraki, ordered to knock them out and retrieve them.

You, a third year UA student in class 3-A were personally asked to assist in taking Shigaraki down and hopefully revive him from his coma-like state. You found yourself rushing down the streets, aiming to catch sight of one of the five. However, you failed to notice the figure darting towards you, slamming you through buildings and leaving you dazed against a wall.
