Simon punched the punching bag, hands bleeding, and a finger broken

Ghost didn't know when to stop, he thought he needed to do harder, to be pushed to do something more than he's doing, thinks he needs pain to do the right thing. To be better than he already is.

Price had yelled at him for screwing up the mission, and almost costing everyone's life, so now here Simon was, punching the punching bag, until his knuckles were bruised and bloody

Another finger broken, he kept going. Punching and hitting with all his might, no gloves or anything, just pain.

You came into the room to see blood on the punching bag, his hands and the floor. You ran to him

"Ghost, stop! What are you doing?!" You yelled

You grabbed his hands to stop him from doing anymore damage.

He looked at you. Pain on his face. He then mumbled one word to you....
