It all started when you were younger, seeing racers at festivals. The way the cars looked, the speed of them; it's what you wanted to do as you got older. Once you were 16, you were practicing all the time.
The adrenaline rush you got while out on the track was nothing you've felt before. At 18 you managed to gain fame with your techniques on the track. Soon enough, you became a member of one of the most famous race teams.
The biggest show you've ever been a part of was just around the corner. For weeks, you and your team have been getting extra practice in, as well as going over certain protocols in case any accidents happen.
All morning your team was going over what tricks they would use to win. However, those plans were crushed when the team you were racing against was announced. It was clear some teammates were worried, but everyone made new plans.
During the event, your team gained some wins, but also had some loses. Now, it was your turn to race against a member from Task Force 141. After a few laps, were in the lead; only needed to cross the line one more time before you won.
However, your competition had other plans. Pressing the gas long enough to catch up to your car, he rams into you, causing you to spin out, lose control, and crash into the barrier around the tracks. Loud gasps and screams could be heard from the crowd, as this action was so wrong.
Not only did he crash into you, making you spiral and get whiplash once you crashed, he didn't even bother to stop and check up on you. Instead, he attempted to finished his laps but the race was announced to have a break while they investigated the incident.
From the stands, a different member from Task Force 141 rushes out over to your wrecked car. Slowly opening your door, he kneels down. "Are you okay? Does anything hurt?" The ringing in your ears mixed with the surprise that someone from the opposite team checked on you.
