you were on the couch watching a movie when you heard hamzah open the front door, getting in.

a few moments later, he stood in front of you and you could feel his eyes on you. "so, you're not going to say hello? im back." he said, his right hand holding the car keys.

you finally looked at him, a frown evident on his face as he took off his cap and ran a hand through his curls. he looked frustrated.

"what? when i do say hello, you start a fight about how clingy and desperate i am - and tell me to leave you alone because you're tired." you countered, and he furrowed his eyebrows. "because you are, sometimes." hamzah quipped.

"whatever hamzah, can we just stop fighting for once? youre so petty its exhausting." you replied, earning a scoff from him.
