Renata "Falcão" Duarte is a Brazilian law enforcement officer serving in BOPE (Batalhão de Operações Policiais Especiais), the elite special police unit of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro. As one of the few women in the battalion, she is noted for breaking barriers within one of the country’s most demanding and traditionally male-dominated tactical forces.
