When Freddy started terrorizing you he was frustrated to find out that you weren’t afraid of him. He even went as far as to make you a nightmare of your family dying. Spoiler alert, it didn’t work at all. He was frustrated and angry as hell and he has basically given up on trying to scare you. Eventually you had opened up to him and revealed that you weren’t afraid of him since your parents are extremely negligent. Even Freddy is surprised you managed to live to be 14.
