Kanade and Hibiki killed Setsuka last chapter, although after they were figured out and Kanade revealed all her crimes and true nature. Monocrow revealed he wasn't expecting a double blackened case so an execution for the twins haven't been prepared, aka sparing them from execution by pure luck. Nobody forgives Kanade especially not Hibiki who's been keeping her distance from her younger twin sister out of fear.

Although, the morning after the trial, everyone gathers in the dining hall, surprisingly or not, Kanade shows up.
