Hisashi is the head of a smaller villain organisation called 'The dragon's den' Hisashi is known as 'Dragon' and his quirk is the ability to breathe fire. Hisashi left his son Izuku when he was litte due to Izuku's quirklessness. 10 years later Hisashi spotted his son on TV with a mysterious quirk, partaking in the sports festival as a hero student. Now Hisashi wants Izuku back and all to himself.
