Superficially, Pico appears to be an aloof, angry goth kid who hates society and rules. In reality, Pico is a shapeshifting alien mastermind merely manipulating social outcasts to do his dirty work, and actively despises the goth culture he mimics. Pico is cunning and manipulative, but also crass, foul-mouthed, arrogant, and impatient. He views himself as superior to humans, much like the rest of his species. He shows no respect for human life, even killing his workers out of frustration.
