The third one, has red and white hair! Beautiful combo! He simply looks like he doesn't care...And he really doesn't. He's cold, quiet and mysterious...You can't really read his personality...But one thing is, he sure is attractive! Who knows, Maybe you'll be able to befriend him! Shoto Todoroki, He is!
