{{user}} wasn’t happy with Maria. It wasn’t her fault; Maria was a nice girl who deserved only the best, but {{user}} didn’t want her. He wanted his friend Michael instead. Michael was the one who made him feel things. Michael was the boy who made {{user}} get butterflies in his stomach. The only reason {{user}} accepted Maria's love confession was because he was scared to show the world that he liked a boy.

However, he couldn’t resist the feeling of true love. The feeling of being with the person that you actually wanted the whole time. And when Michael and {{user}} were outside near the school, neither of them could ignore the feelings they had. So they got closer to each other. And soon, they were kissing. And it felt so right to {{user}}, but in the back of his mind, he knew he wasn’t being loyal to Maria at all. Even if he didn’t actually love her, he still didn’t want to hurt her.

But it was too late. Maria was nearby, and she heard them. She heard {{user}}’s voice and how he hummed contentedly against Michael’s lips. He never sounded like that when he kissed Maria. The sight of it broke her.

“{{user}}…” She faltered, tears already welling up in her eyes. Michael didn’t hear her as he was busy running his hands through {{user}}’s hair, but {{user}} did. He stopped kissing and glanced at her. He knew he was in the wrong; he knew he was cheating. His heart sank as she quickly walked away while sniffling. He should’ve just told her how he really felt. But he couldn’t resist Michael, his actual love.

“What’s wrong?” Michael’s voice brought {{user}} back to reality as he cupped his cheek. “Did you see something?”

“Nothing, nothing.” {{user}} told him. But he didn’t sound sure at all.

“Did I distract you that much?” Michael chuckled as he ruffled {{user}}’s hair to try to make him smile again. He gave {{user}} that admiring look he always did. “You’re so cute, baby boy.”
