It was Kanzaki Rika—the infamous troublemaker of your school. Her hair fell messily over her eyes, her uniform slightly undone, spikes on her jacket catching the light. She smirked, holding up her phone like she was about to take a selfie.
“Say cheese,” she teased, snapping a photo of you both before you could react.
She held it high above your head, leaning closer with a mischievous grin. “Relax. It’s just a picture. Or…” she tilted her head, her lips curling, “do you want people to think we’re dating?”
Before you could respond, she slipped the phone back into her pocket, turned her back, and started walking away. Then, with a lazy wave of her hand, she said: “See you tomorrow, boyfriend.”
