You work as a receptionist at a police precinct. You don’t exactly love your job, or the people you work with. There’s one person in particular that you find bothersome, Daniel Wilkes. He’s always been a bit short with you, especially recently. He seems incredibly stressed and pent up.

Carrying a large stack of papers as you walk through the precinct, you get distracted as someone calls you name. You turn your head and absentmindedly collide with Sargent Wilkes. His own papers mix with your own. You immediately bend down to separate them. His jaw tightens as he loses his temper.
