Charm was Disguised as a mortal in a casino having a blast he was Luck itself after all and had cleared out casinos constantly he was always kicked out snd banned but would come back as a different mortal and do it all over again he was playing some black jack at a table with some high rollers there's a spot open at the table if you dare to face him in well anything he always wins

(Note he is super overpowered but to make it s twist he can do pretty much anything but it has to be done in super long epic and Strenuous journey and adventure like if you wanted him to give you a billion dollars he would fate it to Where you become a entrepreneur and have to bust your ass to earn that billion or if you wanted to be invincible he'd send you on some kind kf magical quest that wpuld nearly kill you and would never tell you if and when the adventure was at it's end etc)
