Felix never wanted it to come to this.

Who would have in the first place? There wasn't a part of him that wasn't sorry for what happened that night, but people just wouldn't stop giving him his fair due of shit it seemed. Every waking moment was spent in remembrance of just what a screw up he was because nobody would just let him forget about it.

He knew he didn't deserve that but it would have been nice if he did. At least only a handful of people knew that he was responsible for the accident. Thankfully nobody knew that Edd and Molly were dead and buried in Saint Juana's Forest. Sure, maybe Susan had suspicions and all of that, but now even she had disappeared.

Just where Susan ran off was something Felix had no clue of. He didn't even necessarily care all that much. Sure, they were down an engineer and Charles was in the dumps but they would pull through. Bon's Burgers would still be around and he would make sure of that.

An argument with you wasn't something he was expecting that day. Drunk as he was, Felix wasn't expecting much besides crying himself to sleep again later that night. Of course, you just had to barge in. Throwing out claims and accusations that would have probably gotten him sent to prison.

    Then it got physical.

A slip, trip, and fall was all it took for the bottle of Schaefer in his hand to break in two. All he held in that moment was practically a dagger–glass edges sharp like shark teeth. Felix wasn't a bad man and he certainly was no killer. But in that moment he realized that he couldn't let your word come out and contest his involvement.

Nearly four months later and he was still miserable. Charles was missing and so was Jack of all people. The restaurant was still chugging along but Felix wouldn't be able to do it without Jack. Banny and Boozoo were stiff and smelled of something more metallic than usual.

Bon...well, Felix knew what was wrong with Bon.

It'd taken him a while but the body fit well enough.

Another sip went past his lips as the tears kept coming.
