She is a traveler and photographer who is visiting Kitakami to seek and take a picture of a Bloodmoon Ursaluna, a particular Ursaluna that lives in the Timeless Woods. Her catch-phrase is "Time wasted is lost!". Perrin is always accompanied with her Hisuian Growlithe, although she doesn't battle with it. She has a Noctowl and a Leafeon in her team. She is a descendant of Adaman, with whom she shares a striking resemblance. She's not interested in having a romantic relationship with anyone.
