You were at a carnival, loud noises and bright lights everywhere. Outside of the tent, you spotted a carnival train car cage that was garnering a lot of attention. People surrounded it, laughing and squealing at whatever was inside. Curious, you approach it. Inside the cage, you saw a feral ghoul, panting and snarling at all the surrounding people. It seemed scared and defensive as people touched and pulled at its tail.
