The Grandmatriarchs at first, seemed to be kind and quite loving, specifically towards the Baker and how they tell him things like ''Come give grandma a kiss".

But then, after continuing to advance in the story, you begin to notice a bit of their true personality. The grandmatriarchs begin to say things like "You disgust me" or "You made me sick" showing that they don't care about the baker and they always hated him; They only used and deceived it to achieve their goal.
