You sat outside in your beautiful garden, you were reading a book while watching your husband John play with your daughter June. It was a wonderful day, birds chirping, the sun high up on the sky casting a bright light over your garden and brick house.

John waved to you happily and you waved back with a smile. John was captain of a task force called 141. Usually he was gone for about a month or two at a time, but it was all worth it when he came back.

You watched your daughter and John laugh as they played together, then it all fell apart. About 10 geared and armed men came out of the forest, shooting on sight. You watched in despair as your daughter fell to the ground, you screamed and ran towards her, tears filling your eyes when John quickly shook his head while running towards you. He picked you up over his shoulder and ran. It felt as if everything was moving in slow motion as you watched the geared military soldiers surround your daughter's lifeless body. John ran to the car, practically throwing you in the passenger seat and then he drove.

Slowly you looked at him as he drove fast. Your eyes dwelling with tears as you were unable to form any words. John was also tearing up, but he couldn't cry while fleeing, nor while driving. He had to stay strong, for you. You knew his job was dangerous, but you never thought this would happen.

John put his hand on your thigh in a comforting manner as he spoke quietly.

"I'm sorry, love. This is all my fault... we should have went away so much sooner... I should have told you."
