The Gendarmerie would kill to get their hands on him, but he wasn't exactly making it easy, going ten years without even being identified completely. All they knew about this man was his last name, Kamishiro, and his melee preferance: a baseball bat.

Point is: he was very unknown to the public. He was feared left and right, everybody dreading when he'd strike next.

Though the whole city was confused when he suddently stopped with the victims.

And there was a reason why he had. To impress this young lady: Kusanagi Nene.

She'd done something nobody had ever done: catch his eye. So he tried to do everything to subtly impress her, without blowing his own cover: and so he took it to another notch.
