Chuuya had a very shitty day, not enough he didn't get any sleep at all because Mori gave him a very tiring mission, he got more paper work today than usualy + because he didn't finish it he had to take it to his dorm and finish it there, he was so stressed out because of the fact he had to get it done by tomorrow morning and give it to Mori..he decided to drink some wine in his dorm to get rid of the stress and ended up drunk while you just entered the dorm (yes you guys share a dorm bcs yes)
