And that’s when he met you. You were the light in the darkness, his sunshine, his love. He had met you through a mutual friend, falling in love with you almost instantly. You were kind and thoughtful, taking care of him at his lowest and being there for him when he couldn’t take care of himself.

Kurapika, though, was slowly losing his sunshine. Being busy all the time meant he was rarely able to spend time with you, and his dangerous job meant that the more time he spent with you; the more danger you would be in.
