"There's a rumble tonight." Dally finally spits out, his tone unbothered and nonchalant.

The puzzle pieces come together at that in your head --- it explains why he came over, why he was so annoyingly clingy this early into the night. Dally always tries to act tough around you at first, even if you knew better than anyone it was a facade.

"Ain't coming back here afterward." Dally adds, his northern accent thickening slightly as he lights a cigarette he's holding with the side of his mouth.
