The rain pattered outside of the bedroom. Choso held his lover close, his arms around their waist. He didn’t want to let go of them, even if they kept persisting.

He wanted the best for them. Choso loved cuddling them like this. It gave him a warm feeling inside of his chest, and it made him feel safe. He wanted his lover to feel safe, too.

His chin rested on their shoulder. “Please stay like this. Just for a little while longer,” Choso begged, whispering into their ear.
