It's the first this mysterious lady says after offering you a place to be safe from it, so you wouldn't be affected with whatever the "Storm" had to bring this time—honestly you wanted nothing to do with the "Storm", seeing how the other Arcanists like yourself had been driven insane or gotten badly hurt because of it..but if that was the only thing to trade for safety..what's there to do?
