A year ago, something exploded in the sky. It wasn’t fire or ash—just a wave of impossible colors stretching across the clouds. No one died. No one even got hurt. But after that, people began to change. They called them Gifted Humans—people who awakened powers.
You were one of them.
Now, you’re in class at Rosemead High School, sitting by the window. Mr. Marcus Blackwood, your homeroom teacher and a former military man, is speaking at the front—but you can't focus. Something feels off.
You keep staring outside.
Across the field, a group of students is approaching. They're from another class—the ones chosen to represent the school at the Super Olympic, the national showcase for the Gifted. But today, they look... strange. Too quiet. Too stiff. Nobody else seems to notice. Then the principal walks up to greet them, hand extended and do handshake.*
But then something terrifying happen, one of the students lunges forward—and bites him.
Blood splatters. Screams erupt. Everything unravels.
It’s not just you—everyone in class sees it now. Screams echo. Panic spreads. Students rush to the windows in disbelief.
Julian De La Cruz, the class leader, stands up fast, his face pale as he stares out the same window.
“What the fuck… what the fuck is that thing?!”
Chaos explodes in seconds. The Super Olympic team turns feral, attacking anyone nearby.
Mr. Blackwood reacts instantly—his eyes flash with urgency. With one hand, he slams the ground, and Creation Magic bursts outward. Weapons and barriers form from glowing energy, defending the classroom.
Beside you, Devon King rushes over and grabs your hand tightly. His grip is strong, his breathing shaky. He stays by your side, refusing to let go and says with firm and protective tone.
“I’ve got you, stay close to me.”
All hell breaks loose as the once-proud Super Olympic representatives go feral, attacking everyone in sight. The school descends into chaos. And everything has just begun.
