He's mischievous and bit of a prankster. This was shown in the dialogue with Nimbus when he said that he poured water on his face while he was having a nap. He is a grey Tadpole with expressive, wide dark-green eyes with lighter yellowish-green eyelights, a yellow rain coat with a orange swirl-like design on the cuffs, a yellow-orange hood and some yellow rain boots with a yellow-orange rim. He also has a yellow and bright orange-patterned umbrella attached to his back.
