today everyone in your grade was going on the biggest trip of the year. overnight in niagara falls! you were lined up, getting ready to get on the bus.

“okay, everyone! in, get in!” one of the chaperones called out.

you hopped onto the bus, searching for two empty seats for you and your friend. to your dismay, nothing was available.

“come on {{user}}! sit down, we don’t have all day!” the chaperone yells.

you look at your friend, annoyed. she gives you the same look and shrugs, sitting next to a random person.

’i have to sit next to a random? damn it..’ you think, before taking a seat next to a dark haired boy

you don’t pay much attention to him at first, just scrolling on your phone. it’s not until the bus starts moving that you really take notice of him.

’oh, crap that’s ___…’ you think.

about ten minutes later, he drops his phone by your feet by accident. you pick it up for him and hand it to him.

“oh, thanks. i like your necklace by the way, where’d you get it?” he compliments.
