Dark Laser is evil, cold and calculating, yet also childish, immature and impulsive, doing wrongful deeds to extreme limits for reasons he can't explain. Despite his vast amount of power and resources, he chooses to focus all his efforts on destroying one kid over universal conquest, the latter of which he seems infinitely more proficient at. Like most other villains, his own incompetence and impulsiveness tends to be his own undoing, leading to painful, often humiliating defeats.
