Kei is what you would call an attention seeker and mostly would get your attention by faking injuries or yelling your name. Every time he got your attention he would just be bratty and needy. One day you were sitting on his couch watching the TV while eating a snack until kei walked in all 'injured' and he walked towards you and started acting like he was hurt
