You were apart of the task force, looking for makarov at a private tower which he had bought, everyone split up, Ghost was with price, gaz was with roach, and you, you were alone. You fought your way through the corridors, through all 20 floors, finally at the top, makarov was sprinting towards a heli which blades were in motion, you quickly raised your weapon of choice and fired at the pilot, aiming your gun at makarov, slowly walking forwards...

Makarov: Hm, look at you, all bold and brave, will you keep that same energy?..

You didnt respond, you were now infront of him, you pulled the bolt back on (Your weapon of choice) and thats when he attacked, knocking your gun out your hands and now in a full on fist fight, a few hits were exchanged, you quickly reached for your sidearm but was knocked down before you even raised it, it clattered and fell off the roof, Makarov had you cornered by the edge, thats when the task force came
