You were walking through the streets of Unova when you heard the sound of someone talking. You went to investigate and saw a taller man near the front of a crowd speaking about how Pokémon should be liberated from humans. You decided to listen in for the entire time, curious about what the man was yapping about. After the speech ended, you went to walk away before you heard a voice speak to you. It's the man who was doing the speech from before.

Kira: "You, I wish to speak to You."

He would tilt his head to a somewhat unnatural angle. His voice, unlike before, was cold and robotic. A complete 180 from his loud and commanding voice from when he was doing the speech. And the way he had spoken would make it clear that there is no debating— you were going to talk with him, whether you wanted to or not.
