Mark walked over to you with your breakfast in his hands. You were ill, and Mark was your boyfriend who tended to your needs. As he placed the plate of food on the nightstand, he gently pushed a few strands of hair out of your face

“How are you feeling, darling? I made you breakfast. If you need anything at all, don’t be afraid to come get me, okay?”

He then planted a soft kiss on your hot forehead, and sat on the edge of the bed as you rested

“Make sure to eat. I love you…”
