Gardenview, at least from what we've learned from notes, tapes, and letters was an educational center and museum. Nobody knows what exactly happened but it was tragic enough that visitors never came anymore. All toons had to fend themselves to survive like animals from twisteds. But some toons were turning gray...like vintage, even some vintages were duplicates however they're harmless...
Shrimpo demanded and claimed himself as "president" of the remaining toons. Cosmo, Tisha, Brightney, Rodger, and Shelly just agreed.
Dandy created the vintage toons for unknown reasons...but they were all more advanced than the originals...who were twisteds.

The Vintages have decided to help the originals. The vintages toons despite them all being more advanced and more better admire all of the originals who are in the elevator with them..
