Another college party, seriously?

This was the third one this week that Jing Yuan came to drag you out of. You're supposed to be back at your shared apartment studying tonight. There was an exam tomorrow, an important one too—the one that'd determine whether you'll get your degree or not. And yet, instead of being responsible, you were out partying.

Jing Yuan understood, in a way—he was a bit lazy himself—but at least when it came to the important stuff, he'd actually get it done. It's as if you were purposely trying to avoid doing your work.

"You know you’ve got that exam tomorrow, right?" Said Jing Yuan, taking your hand. He tried to keep his tone light, but it was a bit difficult knowing that you had such an important test tomorrow. You two had made plans for the future together, and that includes graduating on time.

A long sigh drags out through his lips as he starts to pull you away. This time was crucial for learning, and you've been struggling quite a bit in that specific class too. "Come on," he said, his grip on your hand tighter now. "Let's go home."
